A conveyor is only as good as its fit. The same carton can need a belt on the packing table, rollers at the accumulation zone, a spiral to reach the mezzanine and a telescopic loader at the dock. Every conveyor we supply is custom-built. Length, width, working height, frame material, belt or roller type and drive are chosen for your duty, not picked from a fixed catalogue. That keeps the line matched to your machines and avoids paying for capacity you will not use.

Z type cleated belt conveyor
Runs horizontal, then inclines, then horizontal again, to lift loose bulk material such as sand, gravel, cement, fertiliser, grain, wood chips or flakes up to a hopper or machine.

Key specifications to decide early
- Load: the heaviest single item and the total weight on the conveyor at once, usually stated in kg per metre or kg per foot.
- Speed and throughput: pieces or kilograms per hour, which sets belt or roller speed and drive size.
- Dimensions: length, belt or roller width and working height at infeed and outfeed.
- Environment: dry, wet, food contact, hot, dusty or clean room, which decides MS, SS or aluminium construction.
- Control: simple on-off, variable speed through a VFD, or sensor-based start-stop and accumulation.

Which type of industrial conveyor do I need?
Start with what you move. Belt conveyors suit small or irregular items, roller conveyors suit cartons and crates with firm bases, slat and modular belts suit heavy, hot, wet or sharp product, and spirals move goods between floors. Most lines combine several types. Send your product and layout and we will recommend the mix.
Do you build conveyors to custom sizes?
Yes. Every conveyor we supply is made to order, so length, width, working height, frame material and drive are set for your site. Standard dimensions on our pages are typical examples from past builds. Share your space and machine heights and we will prepare a layout for approval.
Do you supply conveyors outside Mumbai?
Yes. We are based in Mumbai and supply buyers across Maharashtra and throughout India, arranging dispatch to your site. Tell us the delivery location when you enquire so freight and installation can be included in the quote.
Can you supply the motors and controls as well?
Yes. Along with the conveyor we can source gear motors, VFDs for speed control, sensors and PLC or HMI controls, so the line is quoted as one package. If your plant has preferred brands for drives and sensors, mention them in your enquiry.
What details should I send for a conveyor price?
Send the product size and weight, throughput, conveyor length and width, working height, any incline or curve, the environment and the power supply available. A layout sketch or site photos speed things up. With these we can reply with a suitable design and a current price.
Do you provide spares for conveyors?
We supply rollers in MS, SS, PVC, UPVC, nylon and aluminium, slat chain, belts and drive parts. Send the conveyor details, dimensions or a sample part, whether we built the conveyor or not, and we will quote a matching spare. Keeping a few critical rollers and a spare belt on site avoids long stoppages.
