Overview
Industrial spraying and misting solutions for every duty
A spray nozzle does one of three jobs: it spreads a liquid over an area, it increases the liquid's surface area so it evaporates or reacts faster, or it delivers impact force onto a surface. Almost every spraying and misting requirement in a plant, farm, warehouse or construction site comes back to one of these jobs.
Our spraying and misting solutions in Mumbai cover the full chain: industrial spray nozzles for washing, cooling and coating; air atomizing nozzles for very fine sprays at low liquid pressure; mist and fog nozzles for evaporative cooling and humidification; misting systems with pumps, filtration, tubing and controls; and dust suppression fog cannons for open yards, mines and demolition sites. For the custom-built ranges (misting systems, fog cannons and special nozzles) we manufacture and supply to your requirement.
We start every enquiry with the application rather than a catalogue number.

Mist and fog nozzles
Low and high pressure misting nozzles, impingement pin and small-orifice designs for cooling, moistening and dust control.
Misting and mist cooling systems
Engineered high pressure misting for outdoor cooling, greenhouses, livestock sheds, odour control and industrial areas.
Dust suppression fog cannons
Standalone, trailer and truck-mounted fog cannons with oscillation for mines, crushers, recycling yards and construction sites.
High pressure misting pumps
Direct drive, belt driven and mid pressure pump units that feed fog and mist nozzle lines.
Buyer's guide
How to choose a spray nozzle or misting system
1. Start with droplet size. Whether a discharge is called a fog, a mist or a spray depends on its mean droplet size. As a working guide, dry fog is roughly 10 to 20 microns, wet fog 20 to 30 microns and mist 30 to 60 microns; anything coarser is a spray. Cooling and humidification need fine droplets that evaporate before they wet surfaces. Washing and rinsing need coarser droplets with impact.
2. Match pressure to the nozzle type. A hydraulic nozzle produces finer droplets as liquid pressure rises, so a nozzle that mists at 10 bar may fog at 20 bar. Air atomizing nozzles break the liquid with compressed air instead, giving fine sprays even at low liquid pressure, which suits coating, dosing and gas cooling.
3. Choose the spray pattern. Flat fan nozzles give a line of coverage for conveyors and washing. Full cone nozzles cover a solid circular area for cooling and dust control. Hollow cone nozzles give fine droplets around a ring, often used in scrubbers and gas cooling. Jet nozzles focus impact for cleaning.
4. Size the flow and the area. Total flow sets the pump size and the water consumption. For misting systems we work from the area or volume to be treated, the target temperature drop or dust source, and the hours of operation.
5. Select the material. Brass and stainless steel are common; stainless steel suits corrosive liquids and food or pharma lines, and polypropylene suits many chemicals.
6. Plan filtration and maintenance. Fine orifices clog. A good misting or fog installation includes filtration, a way to flush lines and easy access to nozzles for cleaning or replacement.

What is the difference between a mist nozzle and a fog nozzle?
The difference is droplet size. Fog has smaller droplets, roughly 10 to 30 microns, while mist is roughly 30 to 60 microns. Because a hydraulic nozzle makes finer droplets as pressure rises, the same nozzle can produce a mist at one pressure and a fog at a higher pressure, so the two terms are often used interchangeably.
When should I choose an air atomizing nozzle instead of a hydraulic nozzle?
Choose an air atomizing nozzle when you need very fine droplets but cannot or do not want to run high liquid pressure, or when you need close control of a low flow. Typical uses are tablet coating, humidification, gas cooling and chemical dosing. Hydraulic nozzles are simpler and suit most washing, cooling and general spraying where compressed air is not available.
Do misting systems work for cooling in humid places like Mumbai?
Misting cools by evaporation, so it works best when the air is dry and becomes less effective as humidity rises. In humid coastal conditions a well-designed system can still give useful comfort cooling, especially combined with air movement from fans. We look at the site, airflow and operating hours before recommending nozzle spacing and pressure.
How far can a dust suppression fog cannon throw?
Fog cannon models are available in versions with projection distances from about 20 metres up to about 100 metres. The right model depends on the size of the dust source, wind conditions and whether you need oscillation, remote tilting or truck or trailer mounting. Share your site layout and we will suggest a suitable option.
Can you supply a replacement for a nozzle from another make?
In most cases, yes. Send the existing part number, a photo, the thread size, spray angle and flow or pressure details. We will suggest an equivalent nozzle from our ranges or confirm if a custom item is needed, and quote for it.
How do I stop mist nozzles from clogging?
Use filtration suited to the orifice size, keep water quality in mind and flush the lines periodically. Remove nozzles regularly and clean them by soaking rather than by pushing anything through the orifice, which can damage it. Replace nozzles that show a distorted spray pattern.
